Division rival Titans up next
The Indianapolis Colts went into the lions den that is Lambeau Field, survived a vintage Aaron Rodgers attempted comeback and walked out with a rare 31-26 victory. This week, while the teams are not so much the same, the same intensity will be available for this division match up with the Tennessee Titans.
Playoff Football this week
Head Coach Chuck Pagano knows what a win this week for his team and he has been preaching playoff football in November.
“It’s playoff football, really,” Pagano told Jim Wyatt of the Titans official website.
The Titans, you see, have scored 35 or more points in their last three games and are averaging a league best 33.7 points per game. Make no mistake, this game will be every bit as hard as the Packers on the road.

Detroit @ Indianapolis is a hot ticket
The Indianapolis Colts still have a few questions regarding their secondary with Vontae Davis out for two weeks possibly longer and Clayton Geathers not scheduled to be back until mid to late September. The team will have to rely on Antonio Cromartie, Darius Butler, Darryl Morris and T.J. Green until Davis and Geathers make it back. The team have recently signed Rashaan Melvin to a defense that ranked 26th last season.
“It can be tough,” Safety Mike Adams said recently. “All our big players are not here. But the people in the room, we expect them to play at a high level. We have younger guys that are not use to having to be thrust into starting roles. But they have to prepared to take on those roles.”
“Our No. 1 corner, with Vonta out, and Pat [Robinson] is our No. 2, and he’s been out,” Head Coach Chuck Pagano said. “You can go on down the line. We’ve had some line issues. There’s nothing that we can do about it. We have to get healthy, and healthy in a hurry. Because the 11th [against Detroit] is going to be here before we know it.”

Expect to see a lot of Josh Ferguson
Head coach Chuck Pagano has made it clear that the starting offense and defense will see much more action this week against the Baltimore Ravens and veteran QB Andrew Luck will open the game and is expected to play the entire first quarter. He did not play in the win against the Bills last week.
While RB Stephen Morris had a good game in limited touches (3 carries, 19 yards) the Colts, expect veteran Frank Gore to open the game but play just a series or two. Expect rookie Josh Ferguson, whom have been intrigued with since before the draft and leading to his drafting, to play many more minutes Saturday.
“It was good just to get out there and play some ball again,” Ferguson said of his NFL debut. “It was a great learning experience and I’m just excited for the next one.”
“Josh has done a great job,” said quarterback Scott Tolzien.
