After getting blown off the field last week in a 44-20 blowout by their AFC rival Buffalo Bills, the Colts responded with a 20-12 win over the New York Giants.
Second year quarterback Andrew Luck was 9-13 for 177 yards and a 133.7 while his backup Matt Hasselbeck finished 6-10 for 43 yards.
The Giants were in some disarray as the offense was limited to only four field goals. Even head coach Tom Coughlin was out of character getting flagged a 15-yard penalty for continually stepping out of the coaches box.
”I was wrong,” Coughlin said. ”It wasn’t a smart thing but the frustration in terms of how we played was there and I am disappointed in tonight’s game.”
The Colts next face the Cleveland Browns at home. Tickets are still available.
